Please note: Wholesale package prices are not posted. It is customary for Studios, Teachers & Professionals to add a surcharge to the standard pricing to compensate for the loss of income and teaching time due to the attendance at the competition. These fees may vary and are encouraged and supported by the organizers of this competition. Special “Early Bird” Discount for groups with 6 or more packages!

Early Arrival Package Activities

Enjoy some of the spectacular sights of the Toronto area. You choose, and we’ll plan and organize the most popular daytime and/or evening activity for you to enjoy.

Important Note regarding hotel rooms: Packages do NOT include Hotel Rooms! Reservations should be booked by using the Reservations form online or by calling the Westin directly. These are the Can-Am room rates (plus tax): Singles/Doubles: $174, Triples: $204, Quads: $234, Full Lakeview: $204, Corner King: $234, Suites: $800 and up

These fees may vary and are encouraged and supported by the organizers of this competition.

Late fee after June 17:

All deposits and entry fees not postmarked by June 17 must add the appropriate late fee of $35 per person.

Hotel Rooms:

Please note that hotel rooms are not included in any Package. Due to the tax structure in Ontario, the only way to avoid charging hotel taxes twice in the Package cost is for one to pay for their rooms directly to the Hotel. This is a much more economical way. We have secured special “Can-Am” rates for a variety of rooms, and a personalized website has been set up by Westin (link on Can-Am website) where one can book, modify or cancel a reservation.

Payment Policy:

A minimum deposit of $200 for Package, plus all entry fees is required for each student, teacher and spectator by the closing date. The balance is due prior to the event or on arrival. Payments made after July 1 must be in the form of Cashiers Cheque, Money Order or Cash. No business or personal cheques will be accepted after this date or at the competition. Please remit funds in Canadian Dollars

Seating Allocation:

VIP seating will be allocated to package holders. Preferential seating will be determined by entries received the earliest. Superior seating for those on Package “VIP +” and “VIP”.

Package Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations received by June 17 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after June 17 but before July 1 will be charged a $100 package cancellation fee for non recoverable processing costs. Cancellations received after July 1 will be charged the full $200 deposit. Balance of Package payment will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 45 days following the event.

Entry Forms

Please complete appropriate entry forms for each teacher with Pro-Am students, amateur couples, and professional couple, along with the payment summary (2 sides). All participants (competitors & spectators) must sign the release form Include $200 deposit for each package plus full payment of entries
