Advertising: Can-AM DanceSport Gala reserves the right to reject any advertising. “Non-Vendors” must not state that their goods or services are available at the Can-Am DanceSport Gala. All ads must be of professional quality and match size requirements as follows: Full Page — 8 1⁄2. x 11, Half Page – Horizontal. Additional charges may apply if any work on ad is required.

Session Tickets: Individual ticket orders will be processed after all package seating has been assigned. Individual admission tickets will be assigned on an availability basis, according to the date received by the organizers. For individual ticket orders please specify the number of tickets and session(s) preferred. All ticket orders must be paid in full when placing order. Individual admission tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Seating: If there are several people who would like to seat together, we must receive all reservations at the same time. We cannot guarantee otherwise. Since package holders are given priority seating, we cannot accept requests from individuals not on a package to be seated with someone who is.
